SSVM World School celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June, 2019. To hallmark the day, the students of classes I to XII participated in the event. The session started with pranayama as a warm up, followed by Surya Namaskara and ended with divine and peaceful meditation. The students were also educated on the benefits of yoga, recharging the body with yogic exercises and promoting the self-healing process. Students were encouraged to practice regular yoga to improve concentration and to remain physically, mentally and spiritually strong.
